"Why can't I see the reticle when reviewing footage with my Sightmark Wraith 4K Max?"
Even though you may be recording a video of your perfect shot placement or taking a photo of some wild game, when reviewing your footage, it will not always display your reticle. If the video or photo is taken in 4K definition, the reticle will not display due to the integration of the 4k picture quality. However, if you wish to have the reticle displayed with your photo or video playback, simply switch your picture to a lower quality of 1080p or less and the reticle will be displayed during playback.
"How do I change the picture quality?"
From the home screen, push down on your Wraith's navigational knob to bring up the main menu.
Rotate the dial of the navigational nob until you see "Settings Menu", and quick press the nob to proceed. Rotate the knob once more until you see, "Record resolution" and to change the data, quick press the navigational nob once more.
(Note* You will know that you can change the data when there is a double-sided arrow displayed above the cell with the current picture resolution set.)
You now will be able to change from 4K resolution into 1080p or 720p picture resolutions that will display a reticle when recording or taking a photo. Once you have the desired resolution selected, quick press the navigational nob to select and the new picture solution will be displayed in the center cell. To navigate back to your home reticle screen, short press the power button until the home screen is observed.
