When returning a unit, we ask that the customer take care of shipping on the way to us. If you are getting a replacement or your product is repaired, we will cover shipping back to you. Customers that request expedited shipping will need to pay for it in the case that we are able to accommodate the request. In the event that a shipping label is provided for a return, it will be from FedEx.
