How do I get a Return Authorization number?
To receive a RA number for warranty service, or out-of-warranty return, you will need to do the following:
1. Fill out and submit the online document labeled Warranty Return Authorization.
2. Once the request has been received, within 1-2 business days you will receive a reply email. We may respond back asking for model or warranty verification. Once we have all of the information needed, we will issue a return authorization number. Typically, shipping a return back to Sightmark is covered by the customer, with return shipping covered by us.
