How do I order missing or spare parts?
If you are needing spare parts for one of your Sightmark products and the part is not available for purchase on our website, please submit a Parts Request via the Contact Us form.
Please provide a description of the product, (Red dot, Rifle Scope, Digital Night Vision, etc...) the product SKU number (which will be the 5 digit SM_ _ _ _ _ found either on the unit itself, packaging or box) to help us to quickly identify which item you have. If any of this information is unknown, a couple pictures of what you have are highly encouraged. If we have any of the requested spare parts available, we will ship one out to you via USPS. *Please note that Parts Request packages do not have tracking information.
