How do I order missing or spare parts?
If you are needing spare parts for one of your Sightmark products and the part is not available for purchase on our website, please submit a Parts Request via the Contact Us form.
Please provide the SKU number of your product to help us to quickly identify which item you have. It is also recommended to include a photo of your product with the desired part circled so there is no confusion.
If we have any of the requested spare parts available, we will ship one out to you via USPS in a padded envelope. Please note that Parts Request packages do not have tracking information.
