How do I get a Return Authorization number?
To receive a RA number for warranty service, or out-of-warranty repair, you will need to do the following:
1. Fill out the online document labeled Return Authorization.
2. Once the request has been received, within 1-2 business days you will receive a reply email that will require your warranty to be verified via a physical receipt, product registration, picture of a receipt, bank statement, or check stub. Once your warranty status has been identified, an additional email will be sent containing all necessary return information with your RA number, and return shipping instructions. Typically, shipping a return back to Sightmark is covered by the customer, with return shipping covered by us.
